Octal Capital Limited (“OCL”) was established in 2010 in Hong Kong and was approved by the Securities and Futures Commission in 2011 as a licensed corporation registered under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry out the regulated activities of dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on corporate finance (Type 6).

Currently, OCL has full licenses to carry out all kinds of corporate finance activities including advisory on mergers and acquisitions, notifiable transactions under Listing Rules, takeovers transactions under Takeovers Code, corporate restructuring, financial insolvency and primary and secondary fund raising exercises.

OCL is also approved to act as sole sponsor in IPO exercises.
