Alan Fung, Managing Director

- Seasoned investment banker with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking.

- Mr. Fung has been a key member of the merchant banking division of ING Bank and Creditanstalt-Bankverein (the state-owned bank of Austria which merged into Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG) and has been instrumental in leading the execution of IPOs, equity fund raising, M&As, structured loan financing and other corporate finance transactions.

- Responsible for the establishment of Asia Financial Capital Ltd in 1997 as the investment banking arm of Asia Commercial Bank (now known as Public Bank) and headed the investment banking division.

- MBO of Asia Financial Capital Ltd in 2002 and restructured into Goldbond Capital Ltd in 2003, which was later acquired by PiperJaffray

- Established the corporate finance team of Partners Capital International Limited in 2004 and actively involved in IPOs, equity fund raising, M&As, structured loan financing and other corporate finance transactions.

- Acquired Octal Capital Limited in 2012 and lead the whole team members to continue the development of corporate finance and IB business.



 
Wong, Wai Leung, Executive Director

- Qualified accountant with over 20 years‘ experience in investment banks. Served in Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, Shenyin Wanguo (now Shenwan Hongyuan) & Goldbond (now Piper Jaffray) etc. In charge of various M&A advisory transactions and IPOs for enterprises listed on the Mainboard and GEM in Hong Kong.

- Holds a Finance Master degree from University of London.
   
Louis Chan, Director

- Over 20 years experience in corporate finance industry and handled numerous IPO listing in HK market and over 150 financial advisory projects. .

- Worked for Partners Capital International Limited and Asia Financial Capital Ltd and principally responsible for execution of corporate finance projects, IPO and merger and acquisitions transactions .

- Holds a bachelor degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Finance since 2000 and became a CFA charterholder since 2007.




     
Fionna Chau, Director

- Over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and merchant banking in Hong Kong and the PRC.

- Corporate finance deals including initial public offerings, rights issues, asset injections and disposals, merger and acquisitions and securities placements.

- Ms. Chau has worked in investment banking department of ING Bank HK and finance department of a listed Hong Kong property company .
   
Annie Ho, Director

- Over 15 years of experience in corporate finance.

- Ms. Ho had worked for Cinda International Capital Limited and principally responsible for execution of various corporate finance projects, including IPO and a wide range of financial advisory transactions such as rights issues/open offers, disposals, acquisitions and securities placements.

- An associate member of CPA Australia.
   
Celina Yuen, Associate Director

- Over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and principally responsible for finance deals such as IPO and other financial advisory transactions .

- Worked for Partners Capital International Limited and Baron Capital Limited and principally responsible for handling corporate finance projects, including Listing Rules and Takeover Codes related transactions, financial advisories on M&A and IPOs.

- Bachelor degree of business systems and Master degree of international business in Monash University, Australia .
   
Ben Chui, Associate Director

- Qualified accountant with more than 10 years experience in corporate finance, responsible for execution of various corporate finance projects, IPO and merger and acquisitions transactions .

- Worked in PwC HK and principally responsible for audit assurance service of companies listed on the Main Board of the Stock exchange .

- Holds a bachelor degree in business administration (Professional Accountancy) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong since 2007 .
